For UK customers please note:
Expected delivery time of 3-7 working days – (Saturday and Sunday is not a working day). Orders placed after 5.30pm Monday to Friday, or any time on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be delivered within 3-7 working days. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. UK customers only.
Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.
For International Deliveries:
Expected delivery time of 14-28 working days International deliveries will get the options that apply to the country being shipped to.
With all deliveries a signature is required, please ensure someone is at the address to sign for the goods, if a delivery is returned to us by the courier as no one was home to collect or sign for the item and it is not collected your order will be handled as a return as per our return policy, delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please note for standard deliveries and international deliveries our expected delivery times are an estimate. In some cases the delivery may take slightly longer or arrive slightly faster.
What information do we collect?
We ask for your name, telephone number, home address, email address and age for competitions, prize draws, or newsletter sign ups. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address, and payment method details. We may obtain information about your usage of our Website to help us develop and improve it further through online surveys and other requests.

Your data will enable us, and our processors, to fulfill your order, to notify you about important functionality changes and for statistical or survey purposes to improve this website and our services to you. Fashion Ataha complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”) its standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.
What information do we share with others?
We may contract with other companies to provide certain services, including credit card processing, shipping, name and address verification, email distribution, market research and promotions management. We provide these companies with only the information they need to perform their services and work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected. These companies are prohibited by contract from using this information for their own marketing purposes or from sharing this information with anyone other than Fashion Ataha.
One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and post code details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. We may also disclose specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, or when required by law to do so. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Sale & promotional items must be returned within 5 days of receipt but unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on sale items due to limited availability.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their ORIGINAL condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. If you are returning an item because of a fault or other damage, please clearly state this on your returns note as we cannot guarantee a refund without this being stated.
In the interests of hygiene, all underwear garments such as Lingerie, swimwear and other delicates, CANNOT be returned, these items are non returnable.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse, and you must returns items at your own cost. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes, as at the inspection stage this could prevent you receiving a refund. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service, We do not accept returns in person – all returns made outside of the postal service will not be processed and will be rejected.
As soon we are confident that the goods have been returned in their original condition we will process a refund.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase, You will not always receive an email to confirm we have received the package – but please contact us only if the 14 days have passed and you have not received a refund.
Please note: In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. Any items which are returned with marks or soilage on, or which have been used cannot be refunded, and our Customer Care team will email you to let you know that we are unable to do so.
To exchange a purchase for a different size or colour, please email us at: Customercare@bandageforever.com with your order number.
We will only process a like-for-like exchange for a different size of the item purchased. On receipt of your item to the warehouse we will then issue the exchange for you. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available to be sent out to you, we will issue a refund and let you know by email.
