Please be aware our sizes are smaller. (Example: if you are a large 14 please contact us for larger sizes as these dresses go up to only small 14).
Returns
Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a sale able condition or are damaged.
All original tags must be in place for an item to be accepted as a return. Please do not remove any tags until you are happy to keep the item. Returning an item that does not comply with our returns policy will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Please contact us via email to get the Returns form sent to you before progressing with the return process. Items returned without the Returns form shall not be accepted until we received the returns form and only then shall the refund be processed.
We ask that you return the goods using recorded delivery to ensure the item does not go missing and to allow for any time past the 14 day period should there be any delay through the postal service. Postage of returning the item and original postage are non refundable. If you return your purchase later than 14 days, we won’t be able to process your refund and your parcel will be NOT be Accepted.

Specialist Cleaning for your Bandage Or Non Bandage Clothes
We recommend that all of our Rayon (bandage) or Non Bandage dresses need to be professionally dry cleaned.
If you are concerned as your dress and or skirt contain sequins and beads we suggest you find a professional dry cleaner who uses ‘green earth’, a new solvent that does not harm beads or sequins. Most dry cleaners and speciality wedding dress cleaners may require you to sign a waiver form, removing their accountability of damaged caused to beaded or sequin dresses during their cleaning process, this is common practice in the dry cleaning industry.
We also recommend this for dresses that have a shiny/gold/silver coating to the rayon. As the Dry Cleaning process alters the fabric if it is not cleaned with the correct chemicals.
To overcome this; ensure you select a reputable and experienced Dry cleaner. A ‘good’ experienced Dry Cleaner will already know this and will know what to clean your items with to maintain them to their best quality.
