Return Policy

Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a sale able condition or are damaged.

All original tags must be in place for an item to be accepted as a return. Please do not remove any tags until you are happy to keep the item. Returning an item that does not comply with our returns policy will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Please contact us via email  to get the Returns form sent to you before progressing with the return process. Items returned without the Returns form shall not be accepted until we received the returns form and only then shall the refund be processed.

We ask that you return the goods using recorded delivery to ensure the item does not go missing and to allow for any time past the 14 day period should there be any delay through the postal service. Postage of returning the item and original postage are non refundable. If you return your purchase later than 14 days, we won’t be able to process your refund and your parcel will be NOT be Accepted.

Refunds will be credited back to the same Paypal account or card used to make the original purchase. Upon us receiving your returned goods along with your return form, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited back to your account

REFUNDS

We DO NOT offer refund or exchange for Sale items.

  • We are happy to accept returned items provided that it is unworn, in the same condition on our photographic images, no stains and still fitted with all BandageForever tags. This need to be dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. We reserve the right to ask for photographic evidence.
  • Refund will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card or alternatively it can be returned for an exchange.
  • Returns for refund are processed within 14 days of receiving the item however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
  • Shipping costs of returned items are accountable by customers.
  • We have a strict refund policy where items should be returned back to us within 14 days upon receipt. Any late returns cannot be accepted.

We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude original shipping costs where applicable.

If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact us on contact@bandageforever.com so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.

If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded if necessary will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

We DO NOT offer refund or exchange for Sale items. This includes any checkout discount codes you may have used. If  buy using the up to 20% off procedure we only offer exchange NO refund.

All goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which insures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage. If the goods do not reach us within the specified time frame above, we reserve the right not to process your return.

Our policy of returning items should be returned new, unused, no stains and with all BandageForever tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered WILL not be accepted.

WE TAKE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF ALL OUR GARMENTS BEFORE IT IS DISPATCHED.

In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and within the specified time frame from receipt of goods.

Customers should be advised when trying on items of clothing, please ensure you do not use unnecessary force.

Items must have all original tickets and labels attached and be original packaging as well.

When trying on items please be extremely careful as we can not accept any returns that show make up, fake tan, deodorant, perfume etc stains.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods to us within:

  • 14 days (UK customer)
  • 21 days (EU customer)
  • 28 days (Rest of World)

and we will issue you a full refund upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions detailed.

EXCHANGES

We DO NOT offer refund or exchange for Sale items.

We only accept exchanges within the UK. Europe and Rest of World refund only.

  • Shipping costs of returned items are accountable by customers.
  • We are happy to accept exchange items provided that any garment is unworn and still fitted with all BandageForever tags and returned to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
  • Please contact us on : contact@bandageforever.com  to get your return forms and mail it back to us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please contact us for your returned/exchange sheet where you will find instructions on how to return or exchange an item. Please dispatch the item back to us within 14 days receipt and identify which item you would like in replacement or a refund..
  • We are not Liable for the postage cost.
  • Please remember to indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange please remember to identify what item you would like in exchange.
  • Exchange can only occur once per item brought. We can not exchange an exchange.
  • Please remember we only accept one exchange per transaction. Once you have exchanged we can only accept a return and a refund will only be given back if it fall into 14 days. ( This is 14 days from your original purchase NOT exchange )
  • Clearance /Sale/ Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability.
  • If the price of the item you have exchanged for is less than the original price, the difference will be refunded back to you.
  • Alternatively you may return the original item for refund and then purchase the new, lower priced item.

  • Exchange of items generally takes 3 – 10 working days to process plus the delivery time to your area depending on availability.
